Rescue Creek Professional Reviews and Guides
"This is a day hike or overnighter on a seldom-used trail near Mammoth--a great early season choice. This trail is prime but often ignored by people eager to get deep in the backcountry of Yellowstone. Although it’s close to Mammoth, it gets minimal use except in April and May, when it’s one of the few snow-free routes in the park. Like many trails in Yellowstone, elk, deer, and bison probably use it more than hikers."
