Ferris Creek Stock Crossing Professional Reviews and Guides
"This is the most popular backcountry soaking area in Yellowstone, and with good reason. Located near Three River Junction on the Bechler River Trail in the southwest corner of the park, this soaking area usually requires a two-day hike just to reach it. Hikers can either take the Bechler River Trail northeast from the Bechler River Ranger Station or head southwest from the Lone Star Trailhead 3.5 miles east of Old Faithful. Ferris Fork Hot Springs is midway along the trail, so it’s about 15 miles from either trailhead to reach the soaking area. Make sure you’re well prepared for the long hike, and obtain your campsite assignments from the Backcountry Office before you head for the trail."
