Pass Ridge Trail to Mount Elly Overlook Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"Teton Pass lies along a divide between two north-south running mountain ranges—the Teton Range to the north and the Snake River Range to the south. The Pass Ridge Trail follows a ridge along the Snake River Range at the head of the Trail Creek drainage. The trail begins atop Teton Pass and climbs the flower-laden ridge to the Mount Elly Overlook at the top of Black Canyon. Along the trail, and from the 9,220-foot overlook, are views of Mount Glory, the Snake River, Jackson Hole, the Gros Ventre Range, and the Snake River Range."
