The Rock Springs Loop trail begins at an elevation of 1 0,450 feet at the top of the Jackson Hole Ski Resort. The aerial tram at Teton Village runs year round, taking visitors 2.4 miles to the top of Rendezvous Mountain and gaining 4,1 39 feet en route to the summit. After the tram ride, the trail traverses across the rugged alpine environment and offers some of the best views of Jackson Hole. Although the weather may be warm down at Teton Village, at this altitude the temperature is cooler and the weather is unpredictable. Bring warm clothing and wear good shoes.
