Located in the Sierra Madre Mountains, south of Rawlins. The first 7 miles follow good gravel roads, then the route follows an old jeep trail that is only open to ATVs, motorcycles, and non-motorized travel; consequently the trail is gradually being reduced in size from doubletrack width to ATV width. The trail follows rough doubletrack to mile 15 where it improves to a narrow gravel road. The road widens and is good gravel for the remainder of the ride.
