Trapper Creek Trail-Spring Creek Park to Trapper Lake

Trapper Creek Trail-Spring Creek Park to Trapper Lake Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"The seldom-traveled Trapper Creek Trail offers an alternate route to Trapper Lake and the mid-elevation, lake-dotted bench between Pine Creek and Lake Creek. This trail offers a shorter route to Trapper Lake than the trail to Glimpse Lake.

The scenery en route, however, is not dramatic; rather, this is a peaceful trail passing through forests and long meadows. Besides pack trains you aren’t likely to encounter many other travelers. The trail is most useful as a quick means of access to Trapper Lake, and it can be used as one leg of a loop trip that tours the lake-rich country to the north."
