Green River Lakes to Clear Creek Natural Bridge

Green River Lakes to Clear Creek Natural Bridge Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This trip offers all the highlights of a Wind River trail—lakes, meadows, large streams, views of bold peaks—plus the chance to experience one of nature’s rare erosional forms, a natural bridge carved through a narrow wall of limestone.

Natural bridges, formed by running water undercutting and subsequently penetrating a resistant, typically sedimentary wall of rock, are extremely rare in nature, but there are at least two natural bridges in the Wind Rivers."
