Hurricane Pass sits at the head of the South Fork of Cascade Canyon. The pass is on the national park boundary, cresting at 10,372 feet. From this magnificent perch are awesome 360-degree vistas, including a back view of the Grand, Middle, and South Tetons; Table Mountain; Mount Moran; Battleship Mountain; Avalanche Divide; the limestone cliffs of The Wall; and the gradual slope of the west-facing Tetons. Below is a bird’s-eye view of Schoolroom Glacier, a crescent-shaped glacier with a small lake at the toe.
