Hurricane Pass sits at the head of the South Fork of Cascade Canyon at 1 0,372 feet. The pass is on the national park boundary on the west side of the park’s centerpiece Teton peaks. From this magnificent perch are awesome 360-degree vistas, including a “back” view of the Grand, Middle, and South Tetons. Also in view are Table Mountain, Mount Moran, Battleship Mountain, Avalanche Divide, the limestone cliffs of The Wall, and the gradual slope of the west-facing Tetons. Below is a bird’s-eye view of Schoolroom Glacier, a crescent-shaped glacier with a small lake.
