Teton Wilderness Loop Professional Review and Guide
"The trail starts at the southeast end of the parking lot beside a large signboard. Initially the terrain supports a lower-elevation vegetation zone dominated by sagebrush, grasses, wildflowers, and scattered lodgepole pines, quaking aspens, and a few firs. Common early summer wildflowers here include lupine, buckwheat, geranium, gilia, and balsamroot. Although often dusty or muddy from heavy horse use, the trail through this landscape is otherwise in good shape and easy to follow."
