Brilliant colored badlands and dynamic fishing abundantly adorn the countryside. Much of the terrain shows little, if any, change from when wagon trains lumbered across. Reaching forested mountains takes some travel time, but rewards the seeker in a typical wonderful Wyoming way. Campgrounds included in this eTrail are: Meeks Cabin, Firehole Cabin, Buckboard Crossing, Slate Creek, Weeping Rock, Tailrace, Fontenelle Creek, Kemmerer Tent Park, Hams Fork, Hobble Creek, Sacajawea, and Middle Piney Lake.
