Emma Matilda Lake Trail Professional Review and Guide
"Emma Matilda Lake is a large, natural lake that lies straight east of Jackson Lake. The crescent-shaped lake, and Two Ocean Lake just to the north, were formed when receding glaciers gouged out the land. Melting glacial water gradually filled up the depressions. A trail circles the scenic lake, which stretches three miles long and a half mile wide."
