Follow one of the prettiest trails to one of the prettiest lakes in the High Uintas. The West Fork Blacks Fork Trail parallels a river by the same name almost all the way to Dead Horse Lake. It’s pure torture to take an avid stream angler on this hike. He or she will constantly be tempted to cast into the many pools that beckon for anglers to try their luck. If you have the time, do it. It may be the best fishing you’ll find on this hike.
