North High Park Trail Professional Reviews and Guides
"Walk back down the road 0.2 mile to the start of the Edelman Trail (#025) and head northeast. The trail begins in, and spends its first few miles traveling through, a wide meadow bordered by a lodgepole pine forest. After about 0.8 mile you enter the Cloud Peak Wilderness and continue gradually climbing through the huge meadow going up the drainage of Medicine Lodge Creek. Relatively low, rocky ridges and peaks rise on either side of the meadow, providing good if not terribly dramatic scenery."
