Located in the Snowy Range Mountains, north of Rob Roy Reservoir. The first 2 miles of the out-and-back ride are on rough doubletrack until the route follows gravel roads for nearly 8 miles. The next 5 miles are on good doubletrack, but then the trail deteriorates into rough doubletrack for nearly 6 miles.

Located in the Snowy Range Mountains, north of Rob Roy Reservoir. The first 2 miles of the out-and-back ride are on rough doubletrack until the route follows gravel roads for nearly 8 miles. The next 5 miles are on good doubletrack, but then the trail deteriorates into rough doubletrack for nearly 6 miles.

Season: This route reaches over 10,700 feet and is not snow-free until July. It is best to avoid the route until the snow had melted and the road has dried somewhat to prevent damage to the road. During October, take care to wear a hunter orange vest because this is a popular elk and deer hunting area.
