Blue Bend Recreation Area and Campground Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Situated next to Anthony Creek, which you can swim in and fish for trout that are stocked during the first part of the year and again in the fall. For hikes you can take the Beaver’s Tale Interpretive Trail, which is a very short distance. Or venture out on the Blue Bend Loop Trail, which is 5 miles in length and leads to scenic overlooks.

Fresh drinking water is supplied through hand pumps during spring and fall, and vault toilets are all that is open. Running water is available during the summer and flush toilets are available. Campsites are wooded and reservable. RV friendly and can accommodate larger vehicles."
