Bakers Run–Mill Creek Campground at Sutton Lake Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This campground is located along the southern side of 1,440-acre Sutton Lake and near the Elk River Wildlife Management Area, managed by the US Army Corp of Engineers.

If you like to fish, there are catfish, bass, crappie, and sunfish in the lake, and the Elk River, which is dammed here, is stocked with trout, in addition to having walleye and muskie. Shoreline fishing is available. For hiking and biking use the fire roads and also the trails used by hunters, which go around the lake and extend well into the Wildlife Management Area. For equestrians horseback riding is allowed in nonrecreation areas."
