Seneca Shadows Campground Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"Situated in the Spruce Knob-Seneca Rocks National Recreation Area, this beautifully laid out campground affords a view of Seneca Rocks, meadows, and mountains, and there is plenty to explore here.
Seneca Rocks is quite popular with rock climbers, who travel from all over to scale its challenging 900-foot-tall rock face. There are also hiking trails available, including the Seneca Rocks Trail, about a 1-mile-long trek that leads to Seneca Rocks, and Sunrise Loop, which is about 0.5 mile long. You will need to drive to longer hiking and biking trails. While you are out, visit the local swimming hole that is located about 1 mile from the campground"
