This is an interesting stream passing through a very fertile, historic valley. It has been inhabited for centuries, and a wealth of American Indian artifacts may still be collected in the area. It is one of the richest areas of the state for game; deer, squirrels, and wild turkey are especially plentiful. The small stream is also a great bass fishery and, surprisingly, contains muskies.
