Spruce Knob Lake Trail Professional Review and Guide
"This is a wonderful ride down past Spruce Knob Lake to the valley below. Here you'll find a beautiful farm. The ride back up is a steady climb on a grassy road with good opportunities for viewing wildlife. Once back on top, it's a coast to the finish. Start/Finish: Allegheny Mountain/Big Run trailhead parking lot on FS 112 west of Spruce Knob. Highlights: Lake, valley farm, fern-filled woods, grassy road, wildlife"
