Camp Creek State Park and State Forest

Camp Creek State Park and State Forest Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Although the park is located close to a major interstate, it is tucked deep down in the woods so that you feel you’re really secluded once you get there. With more than 5,500 acres of forest land and 500 park acres to explore, you will need to book a solid week of campsite time to do it all.

The park offers 40 miles of trails, with five trails devoted exclusively to hiking and eight trails that are multiuse, shared by hikers, mountain bikers, and equestrians. There are two waterfalls in this park: Mash Fork Falls and Campbell Falls. Fishing is another recreational option, but you must have a West Virginia fishing license."
