Big Bend Campground Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Situated next to the South Branch of the Potomac River in the Smoke Hole Canyon, this nice, quiet Forest Service campground is tucked in the far northeastern end of the Monongahela National Forest.

It makes a nice spot for wading, swimming, and tubing or bring a canoe or kayak and paddle along for a different way to see this beautiful area. You can also fish here. For hikers there
is a trail in the campground that is 1 mile long or you can venture into areas nearby that have miles of maintained trails. There are caves in the area for exploring."
