Greenbrier State Forest Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"This park in the southeast region of the state is right down the road from the Virginia state line to its east. It is just south of White Sulphur Springs, where a National Historic Landmark and one of the most luxurious resorts, the Greenbrier Resort, is located.
There are 13 miles of trails leading visitors throughout the forest and also forest management roads suitable for hiking and biking enthusiasts. Trails range from a 1-mile fitness trail to
an almost 8-mile strenuous hike option. If you like to fish, head over to Greenbrier River for smallmouth bass or select a stream or lake for trout, walleye, crappie, catfish, smallmouth and largemouth bass, and bluegill."
