Cabwaylingo State Forest Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"This campground is more isolated than most, with very few people because of its remote, out-of-the-way location, but it is a beautiful area and perfect if you crave peace, quiet, and the sounds of nature. The forest covers more than 8,100 acres.
With seven hiking trails to choose from, you should be able to get in one hike a day for a week or group them together for longer jaunts. These trails vary in length, ranging from 1 to 3 miles, and level, taking you through forested areas to rock overhangs, a fire tower, a waterfall, and other points within the park. You can fish for trout in Twelvepole Creek, which meanders through the forest."
