"This park is the westernmost state park, located not too far from the borders with Ohio and Kentucky, and it spreads across 3,100 acres. The campground is huge and offers many amenities.
Fish in the 760-acre Beech Fork Lake for largemouth bass, hybrid striped bass, walleye, saugeye, catfish, and bluegill. saugeye, catfish, and bluegill. You will need a valid West Virginia state fishing license that you can obtain from the park’s office.
You can rent a canoe, kayak, rowboat, or pedal boat to explore the lake or bring your own. There is a boat launch available from April to November. There is a fitness trail and four hiking and biking trails ranging in length from less than 1 mile for a nature trail to a more strenuous trail that is 5 miles, Lost Trail."
