Skyline Trail - Babcock State Park

Skyline Trail - Babcock State Park Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Though you spend most of your time in a hardwood and rhododendron forest, this flat ridge trail follows the edge of the cliff, allowing for a number of expansive vistas over the Glade Creek valley. End your hike by returning to the Manns Creek overlook, which is a popular place to watch the sun set to the west.

From the overlook at the Manns Creek Picnic Area parking, turn south and find the trailhead, marked with a sign and a gold blaze. Enter the woods, staying near the edge of the ridge."
