Kumbrabow State Forest / Mill Creek Campground Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"Spend some time in this remote area that covers almost 9,500 acres of the state’s highest-elevation forest. Streams run throughout the forest, weaving alongside rhododendrons, mountain laurel, gorgeous and varied stands of trees, and small waterfalls.
There are eight trails located within the forest area, spread across Rich Mountain and Mill Ridge and ranging from just 0.5 mile to 3.5 miles in length. Fish for native brook trout, but you
will need a valid West Virginia state fishing license."
