Wyalusing State Park

Wyalusing State Park Professional Review and Guide

"The views of the confluence of the Wisconsin and Mississippi Rivers from the tops of the blu s in this state park are unmatched. But this loop, which connects through several of the park’s trails, also offers Native American mounds, notable bird watching, wildflowers, and hardwood forests."

The Park is a very pleasant destination. It's size is not large but it is in an area with a lot of things to do in the area if you get bored with the Park features. Campsites in the Homestead camping area are separated by natural growth which helps with privacy, they were well maintained. The trails have some interesting natural attractions but the Bluffs and Sentinal trails are the most interesting. The Canoe "trail" is a great wildlife viewing opportunity. Shower facilities were clean. Staff was helpful.
