Rawley Point Recreational Trail Professional Reviews and Guides
"There is nothing more foreboding than the rolling blue-gray waves of Lake Michigan on a winter day. Wear windproof pants and a wind-breaker and be glad you don’t live the life of the men who once sailed wooden ships on her waters. There isn’t much of a trail here. It’s pretty distinct when you start out; after the picnic area it’s best to go out to the dunes and find your own way north. The dunes are also a good spot for a photo of the lighthouse and crashing lake waves. among the dunes. There is no marked trail from here on. Surface quality: Ungroomed. Fees: yes."
