Musky Cruise

Musky Cruise Professional Review and Guide

"Blessed with the largest concentration of freshwater lakes in the world—and a large population of eagles—the roads in this area make it a wonderful place to enjoy cycling. This cruise leaves from a town with the same name as the river and follows its banks to the southwest.

After crossing the Eagle River before it flows into the Wisconsin River, travel up to the Otto Hydro Dam for a self-guided tour. A couple more miles along the river and the route turns north, up past Snipe Lake Park. Enjoy the twists and turns on the undulating Musky Road."

Great ride. From Sayner back to Eagle River is awesome: good rollers and really pretty. On the first part of the ride, I suggest skipping the 7 miles on hwy 70 and heading out of town on CR/G instead.
