Stephens Falls Hike

Stephens Falls Hike Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Like the other hike in Governor Dodge Park, this one takes in several trails as it runs up and over several ridges. The climbs can be challenging, including a vigorous ascent to some hollow caves in bluffs overlooking a remote leg of Twin Valley Lake. Stephens Falls is a highlight of this loop, and you will see it early in the adventure.

This hike mainly follows the park’s Meadow Valley Trail, while also incorporating several shorter paths through hardwood forest. It also swings by the park’s concession area, where you can stop for a rest and fuel up before heading out on this challenging hike, which includes the climb to the caves."
