Every fall some friends and I make our yearly trip onto the Ice age trail. Our departure spot is located about an hour and a half outside of Stevens Point, Wisconsin. I personally think that the trail is for any level of experience. There are many hills, marshes, and beaver dams to cross. Although you would think that the bugs would get the best of you because of the location, I think that there are more beaver lodges, then bug nests. The sites are amazing to look and ponder at. I would definately recomend this trail during the fall season. The trees are amazing!!
