Amish Country Amble Professional Review and Guide
"Cashton is a pretty, small farm town that is definitely not on the beaten tourist track, which makes it all the better for a bike ride. Cashton is also in the hilly Coulee Country, which makes it a challenging ride, the first half of which is a lot of downhill and the second half a lot of uphill.
The first of several Amish farms comes up on the left at 4.6 miles, easily identified by the blue curtains and lack of power lines running to the house. There’s a good chance you’ll see a horse-drawn Amish buggy on Knapp Valley Road and, in the right season, see Amish farmers working their rugged fields with a horse-drawn plow.
Things to see: Cashton, Amish farms, scenic Coulee valleys, cheese factory."
