Apostle Islands National Lakeshore—Sea Caves Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Apostle Islands are twenty-two isles off the northernmost tip of Wisconsin, the Bayfield Peninsula. One of the most significant natural destinations in Wisconsin, the Apostle Islands of Lake Superior are a must on any paddler’s list.

This trip doesn’t wander far from shore as it launches from the beautiful sands of Meyers Beach and hugs the coast and heads east along the high rocky cliffs. Paddlers can enter some of the larger lake-carved caves and even paddle through some tunnels and crevices."
