Mesahchie Peak Mesahchie Glacier

Mesahchie Peak: Mesahchie Glacier Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This tour features two 2000-foot-plus descents, making for a fantastic full day out in North Cascades National Park. It is best to try it immediately after the highway opens, but make sure that the road has been plowed widely enough for you to park or that they have cleared the parking at the Easy Pass trailhead.

The North Cascades Highway (State Route 20) is closed during the winter; without a snowmobile, this tour is not possible until the road opens, typically between late March and May. From the town of Marblemount, drive east on the North Cascades Highway for 42 miles. The right turn for the Easy Pass trailhead and parking area is a few miles farther east on the highway (45 miles from Marblemount) between mileposts 151 and
152."
