Lincoln Rock State Park

Lincoln Rock State Park Professional Review and Guide

"Tucked along the east bank of the Columbia, 80-acre Lincoln Rock State Park is a popular place for boaters, swimmers, and anglers to access the river. It has nearly 0.5 mile of waterfront. For walkers and bicyclists, the park has plenty of roads and ADA-accessible paved trails, which offer views of Lincoln Rock across the river.

This outcropping is said to resemble the profile of Abraham Lincoln. It reportedly got its name in 1889 after a photo of it won first prize in a Ladies Home Journal contest."
