Bowl and Pitcher Upstream

Bowl and Pitcher Upstream Professional Review and Guide

"Located in the Bowl and Pitcher area, about five miles northwest of downtown Spokane. This ride follows one of the most scenic sections of the Spokane River. The Bowl and Pitcher area is a magical center of the Spokane River and its system of canyons, posing sheer basalt columns against fierce whitewater.

Just walking the trails or the suspension bridge is a thrill-packed adventure for the little ones or the timid. The picnic area surrounding the parking lot is a gem, and the trailhead/bridge offers strategic access to upstream portions of the park. The trail has 5.4 miles pavement, 0.6 miles forest road/doubletrack, and 2.4 miles singletrack."
