Soap Lake

Soap Lake Professional Review and Guide

"A small but vibrant spa town on the banks of a mineral-rich lake that has attracted health seekers since the late 1800s. Soap Lake is a highly alkaline body of water that has no natural inlet.

Coming from springs far beneath its surface, the lake’s water passes through highly mineralized rock. The unique mineral component in the brackish water and bottom mud is the source of the healing properties sought by visitors to the little town on the lakeshore."

These springs are far from hot. The water isn't is mineral rich as it used to be because of irrigation water.
