Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"A mix of ?at rail trail and roller-coaster hills awaits riders on this terri?c rural Snohomish County route.

Start by heading north from Snohomish on the epic Centennial Trail, the 23-mile paved rail trail that reaches from Snohomish to just north of Arlington in Bryant. (Begun in 1989 as part of a celebration for Washington State’s 100th anniversary, the Centennial Trail will one day reach far into Skagit County.) The paved trail passes through bucolic pastureland along the scenic Pilchuck River. Enjoy the peace of no cars, SUVs, or pickup trucks with insanely wide side-view mirrors."
