Ryan Lake Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Walk through a recovering forest near a small lake that hosts a myriad of winged and furry critters. Learn about the salvage logging that took place after the 1980 blast and witness a landscape rapidly recovering after both nature and man left a large imprint upon it. A delightful, family-friendly interpretive loop, unfortunately this trail hasn’t seen any maintenance since the 1990s."
