Tunnel Creek Trail Professional Review and Guide
"This hike takes you through forest and along a lovely creek to an old trail shelter. Early in the season, it can be done as an enjoyable cloudy weather leg stretcher. By July, however, you can extend the hike to a subalpine lake and a high ridge that offers perhaps the peninsula’s best trail-accessible viewpoint of Mount Constance, the third-highest peak in the Olympic Mountains. Either route is fun and worth doing, and you won’t be disappointed to visit this trail more than once as your time and the seasons permit."
