"This big, magnificent park encompasses 434 acres and offers 2 miles of saltwater shoreline on Admiralty Inlet and the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

The campground is very popular with sea kayakers, scuba divers, and hikers for the 6 miles of hiking trails. The sites are on a sandy peninsula that can get quite windy. Wildlife includes black-tailed deer, great blue herons, bald eagles, gray whales, and orcas."
