Mount Muller Loop Professional Review and Guide
"Despite its many merits, the Mount Muller Loop is not heavily used, mostly because it is a relatively new trail and people have not yet become aware of its charms. That is bound to change, however, as hikers discover that this well-maintained route offers one of the finest ridge walks on the Olympic Peninsula.
The trail also has seasonal wildflower displays, ridgetop meadows, and some of the best views in this part of the range. On the downside, the loop is quite long and involves a considerable elevation gain. But for strong hikers who aren’t dissuaded by the physical challenge, this trip is hard to beat. Note: A brand-new cutoff trail offers a woodsy, switchbacking return route from Jasmine’s Meadow back to the trailhead. This new trail offers an option for those looking to shorten this long hike."
