Mount Angeles with Klahhane Ridge

Mount Angeles with Klahhane Ridge Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"The Olympic Mountains are known for their unique geology, diverse ecosystems, and plentiful precipitation. This is a rugged range with deep valleys, glacier carved ridgelines, dense vegetation, and challenging weather.

Nearly all of Olympic National Park is designated wilderness and many of the high peaks of the range are in wilderness areas. Access to these peaks is particularly challenging in winter as the only road maintained for winter access is the Hurricane Ridge Road, which is condition dependent."
