Windust Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Set in the coulees of southeastern Washington, they do not call this campground Windust for nothing. The lake, actually a dammed segment of the Snake River, provides great relief from the hot weather.

The park is right at the water’s edge, 3 miles downriver from Lower Monumental Dam. There is a three-day minimum stay on holiday weekends, and tents set up on lawns must be moved every 2 days."
