"Located along the historic route of Lewis and Clark, this park is 1.5 miles upriver from Ice Harbor Dam, which turns this stretch of the Snake River into Lake Sacajawea.

The 31-mile-long reservoir sits amid eastern Washington’s channeled scablands and black-rock canyons. The campground is on the eastern shore."
