Tatoosh Ridge / Tatoosh Lakes

Tatoosh Ridge / Tatoosh Lakes Professional Review and Guide

"This 7.8-mile out-and-back hike climbs to a high meadow and two lakes in the heart of the Tatoosh Wilderness just south of Mount Rainier National Park. From Tatoosh Ridge, you’ll gaze out at the rocky summits of the Tatoosh Range and the snowy mass of Mount Rainier.

Upper and Lower Tatoosh Lakes lie nestled in a deep cirque and make a pleasant destination for a day hike, and camping nearby offers opportunity to extend your trip to a weekend or longer."
