Paradise Glacier

Paradise Glacier Professional Review and Guide

"This is a short day hike over a snowfield brings you to the foot of a small glacier.

The ice caves that once drew many to this trail have melted with the general increase in global temperature. This means a less sensational hike, but it also means fewer passersby and the same spectacular view as before.

Start hiking along the Skyline Trail via the trailhead directly in front of the Paradise Inn. Proceed to the right (east), counterclockwise along the loop. Many trails congest this area, but just follow the Skyline Trail signs eastbound and you will reach your destination."
