Goat Lake

Goat Lake Professional Review and Guide

"The footpath up through Jordan Basin and into the Goat Lake valley makes a wonderful outing for all hikers, but the open meadows and modest climbs are perfect for trail dogs.

The path lets you wander alongside your pooch, with enough water along the route to keep her fully hydrated and cool even in the heat of summer. The trail makes a long day, or a comfortable overnight, but the elevation change is modest and not too taxing."
