Easy, clearly marked directions to trailhead. Nicely maintained trail from TH to Bark Shanty, a bit of debris further on to Camp Jolley and a bit more from Camp Jolley to Ten Mile. Clear to Bark Shanty, a couple of spots of corn snow and ice to Camp Jolley. Camp Jolley itself was covered in about 1/2" of crusty snow - had to continue hiking to bridge just shy of Ten Mile shelter to find a clear spot to take a break. Very shady - more of a forest hike, although there were some nice photo ops at the 4 bridges. In summer, Bark Shanty would make a nice camp spot for an intro to backpacking trip - more open with more camp spaces than Camp Jolley.
